Property Condition Assessment
Not a "home inspection", but due diligence for diligent investors.
Our inspections our not like a
regular "home inspection".
Your inspection will be conducted by a Colorado Registered Professional
Engineer. A typical PCA may include all of the issues discussed on
this website. The purpose is to identify problems that will cost you
money or affect
your investment and your health. These things might include hazardous
materials or
conditions, structural failure or incipient failure, poor design
or inadequate workmanship. Sometimes it is obvious but many times
the things that will ruin your investment are subtle.
Our inspections are intensive and detailed, and should be choice for any purchaser that is concerned about their investment. A typical residential inspection on a large home may take a full day. If you have the time, the purchaser is not only welcome, but encouraged to attend the inspection. Smaller homes usually take 2-6 hours. Commercial facilities and problem buildings are evaluated on a case by case basis. We charge a flat hourly fee plus travel and mileage.
We are not affiliated with any real estate brokers or agents, so you can be assured of an honest and totally unbiased evaluation.
